Privacy policy

This website is run by Revinco Labs, a web studio based in Pontianak, Indonesia. For any question about this policy, write to hello@revincolabs.com.

When you send the contact form. Your name, email address, the message you write and, if you give them, your phone or WhatsApp number, business name and website address. We also store the page you came from and campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM).

When you browse the site. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity record how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Without consent these tools do not load.

Technical logs. Our server keeps short-lived request logs (path, status code, time) to keep the site running. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, used to limit spam.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To see which pages help visitors, so we can improve them.
• To protect the forms against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.

• Google (Analytics 4, Search Console) and Microsoft (Clarity) for usage statistics, only with your consent.
• Cloudflare for security checks on forms (Turnstile) and content delivery.
• Our own server, where the website, its database and our customer records run.

Enquiries and the customer records created from them are kept while we are in contact and for as long as needed for our business records afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to hello@revincolabs.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.

When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
