Why fixed pricing instead of hourly?
Hourly billing punishes speed and rewards confusion. Fixed pricing aligns us with the outcome: when we ship faster, you still get what you paid for.
What happens if scope changes mid-project?
We quote change requests before doing the work. You approve a small scope update with a clear price. No surprise invoices.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Our quotes include everything needed to ship. Third-party fees (domains, CMS hosting, email sending) are passed through transparently and usually cost under $30/month.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects are split 50% on kickoff and 50% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly.
